The PowerSpout LH is a highly efficient propeller turbine for low-head high-flow sites. On a suitable hydro site it can produce up to 1.6 kW 24/7, 365 days a year. If a larger output is required you can stack units to generate over 16 kW on the same pen-stock and power cable.
A small hydro turbine can generate very large amounts of energy because it runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unlike solar or wind that vary greatly in output over time. If you have a suitable hydro resource this can be a great source of energy! The EcoInnovation PowerSpout turbines are proven high-quality solutions that will help you make the best of your site. Various alternators are available with output Voltages that suit charge controllers for battery charging, as well as direct grid-tie with an inverter.
Orders will be accepted only on advice of the saved calculation file number and the model of the MPPT regulator or grid-tied inverter you are connecting to. You must order a HP version on heads above 3.6m.
