The KLKD fuse series is fast-acting with a high rating of 600 Volt DC and AC. This family of Midget style fuses (10 x 38 mm) is used in solar combiner.
In addition, the KLKD series has been designed to meet both the UL/CSA and IEC photovoltaic fuse standards. Littelfuse offers a wide range of ampere ratings to match specific requirements in a variety of applications.
This fuse is most commonly used as a series-fuse for a single string of 60-cell (grid-tie) solar panels. This fuse fits into a Wohner 31110.000 touch-safe fuse holder.
