These are 1000 Volt DC rated Midget fuses that are specially designed for solar PV. This family of Midget style fuses (10 x 38 mm) is used in solar combiner and fuse holders. These fuses are CSA and UL-listed.

This fuse is most commonly used as a series-fuse for one or more strings of (grid-tie) solar panels. This fuse fits into a Wohner 31110.000 touch-safe fuse holder.
