Multi-Contact PV-MS

Multi-Contact’s PV-MS is a plastic assembly key for putting MC4 connectors together. Two keys are needed to assemble MC4 connectors. These keys can also be used to unlock MC4 connectors pairs. You can use Rennsteig’s CSC tool to crimp on the MC4 pin, a pair of assembly keys is then used to finalize the MC4 assembly.

The video below shows how two keys are used to put an MC4 connector together, and how connector pairs are disconnected. Do not use regular pliers to assembly MC4 connectors! You are sure to damage the plastic thread that way!
